1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Simply Easy website (www.simplyeasy.com.au) and your purchase of any Simply Easy product or service, including digital products and in-person sessions with Mark Anthony. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE
Simply Easy provides hypnotherapy-based coaching and educational content to support people who want to stop smoking or vaping. We are not a medical service. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional. If you are using nicotine replacement therapy, have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about your health, please consult a healthcare professional before starting any of our programs.
Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee that you will stop smoking or vaping, and any success stories or testimonials shared on our website reflect individual experiences, not guaranteed outcomes.
3. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer:
Digital products — the Simply Easy ebook, audio recordings, and video course, available individually or bundled, plus a digital + 1:1 coaching package
In-person services — the Simply Easy Seminar (small-group sessions) and private 1:1 sessions with Mark Anthony, held at our Gold Coast offices
Current pricing for each is shown on our website and may change from time to time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
4. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll be automatically redirected to the download page, where your digital products will be available within minutes. It's your responsibility to keep your login details/download link secure and to download your materials promptly.
5. REFUNDS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
No refunds are offered on digital products once they've been downloaded. By purchasing a digital product, you're paying for access to a proven, established stop smoking and stop vaping program. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us at simplyeasymethod@gmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve it.
6. OUR GUARANTEE — IN-PERSON SEMINAR AND 1:1 SESSIONS
If you attend a Simply Easy Seminar or 1:1 session, follow the method as instructed, and are still smoking or vaping after 90 days, we offer a refund at Mark's discretion. Conditions apply, including:
Valid photo ID provided at the time of booking
A short written follow-up if you resume smoking or vaping within 30 days of your session, as instructed at the time
7. BOOKINGS, RESCHEDULING, AND CANCELLATIONS (IN-PERSON SESSIONS)
To reschedule or cancel your session you need ti give at least 72 hours notice. If a minimum of 72 hours notice is not given, then you will be charged the full session fee.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Simply Easy — including the ebook, audio recordings, video course, and website content — is owned by Simply Easy and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the materials for your own use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any Simply Easy materials without our written permission.
9. ELIGIBILITY
Our products and services are intended for adults. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Simply Easy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
